Seasonal Craft Beer Review: Ram S'No-Angel

Another winter warmer but this one is a Weizenbock, a crafty combination of a wheat and a bock. I purchased a growler of it for a New Years Party and a few people tried it with varying opinions. It pours a dark brown, cloudy color, with sparkles throughout, and with a tan head that takes its time to disappear. The initial flavor is a creamy lightly fruity and citrus flavor, with the unmistakeable flavor of wheat . Following that, as it rolls over the tongue, you detect a specific  bitterness then a rather smooth and chocolatey finish.
To say this flavor is unique would be an understatement-the combinations of flavors change throughout the tasting, as it warms or when it is foamy or when it has depleted some of the carbonation. Really a unique balance and body.
Since it is a warmer, and not my normal quick drinking brand, I am not sure if I would characterize it as a daily drinker, but I think it is worth a special CBC rating: 4.5.
Poured from the growler into a plastic cup used during kegger parties and then an ordinary drinking glass later.
ABV: 5.8%
